Well the best idea is to find out where this screen is in relation to the screen you want to warp to. Then adjust the warp properties correctly.
I'd need to see or know exactly what is happening though to tell you how to fix it.
I will send you my version of the quest where you already have the whistle so you can just use it. and see that it ends up on a grey screen that my own version of the temple of time the corner what is your email
Wow, quite a nice assumtion that Mott will fix your problem even after he gave instruction on how to fix it yourself.
