He means that you need to say that you are entering the contes by the 20th. not that your quest needs to be done by then.
You have to say that you are entering on 20th June.
After that you will have 1 month to compleate level 1
another month to do 2+3

Two days is kind of short. I suggest extending to a longer period of time, in case some can't visit in the next two days. At the minimum, I say a week.
BTW, after discussion with PG, I might be willing to enter the revamped LBHD, based on the deadline for quest creation and whatever rules you may have. If it's not fitting to my schedule, then I guess we won't be doing it. (Note that I'm not done the OW yet.)

Actually, there is no deadline really, but you need a level 1 demo by july 20 or you can't enter. It can be longer, but 1 level is the minimum.
