Which quest are you playing?
I'm guessing if your asking in "Zelda Classic" your talking about the default 1st.qst. The bow is in the first dungeon, the Eagle, the entrance is a old tree north of the start point. The Bow is in north part of the dungeon. Just keep following the path from the rooms to the next room and so on until you get there.
Okay, I'm popping this over to the quest discussing. The bow in the first quest in the first level, in the only room with traps.
