I think that it is really quite well done, I think the logo could just use a border around it.
Add Robotnik for closed forum.

I don't like it... Put a border on the logo or find one that can blend in with the background, also change the font.
Yeah, tuning down the brightness a bit would be good... I'm too habituated to Classic Black.
The 'closed thread' sprite being Robotnik is a good idea; just DON'T make it Amy.
Otherwise, looks great.
It's pretty good .... but it is way too bright. Change the blue to a darker blue and also put a border around the logo. Then it would be really good!
I really like. Make it slightly darker and it would be grrrrrreat!!!!

1) Once I rip a Robotnik sprite I will add that as a closed forum. Trust me I had that planned from the beginnig but I didn't have the time to rip a good Robotnik sprite as of yet.
2) Edited the theme. Added a crude border (will change eventually) and made the background slightly darker. I think it is better on the eyes, what do you think?
