Anyways, to answer your question, try going to http://absolutezeldaclassic.homestead.com/azc.html and read the Palette Importing (it says Ripping, but it should be Importing) and Tile Importing tutorials, which have links on the left side. And read the palette guide first, it has a lot of good information you'll probably want to know.

Actually, I had a problem wiht this once................. Just go to Quest> Tiles and grab it from the .bmp file.
