Hey all...we need your deposit (half of the fee) by May 31st. You can send a check or money order, but we do need to get the deposit to the campground so we can make sure our spaces are reserved. Since it's generally unwise to post personal information online, PM me (not zaph...his PM box is perpetually overflowing) for our address. I can also give you additional contact information at that time if you need it. Minors, if your parents have questions, let me know so we can make arrangements for either Zaph or myself to talk to them if it would make them feel better.
Consent/Liability Release forms will be going out within the next week to those who are under 18. YOU MUST HAVE THIS FORM SIGNED AND NOTARIZED AND IT MUST BE IN OUR HANDS BEFORE THE CONVENTION!!!! you can NOT bring it with you.
