It's not being worked on. There is no date set. There is no immediate need for one. There's already plenty that DN has to worry himself about.
People who think they know everything are very irritating to those of us who do.
This doesn't really belong in Editor help.
The enemy editor, as plith said, doesn't really exist yet, so the best you can do is edit the graphics.
Anyway, I'll move this to ZC dicsussion for now and I might close it later it it's nessacary.
The name might be missleading, I'm not jigglypuff.
