Double-posting is a no-no, you should have editted your first post.

To make things move with ZQ 1.90 requires palette cycling. I don't know how to do it myself, but there's a section on it under New Additions in AlphaDawg's Tutorial . The public beta version has animated combos, which is much easier to learn than palette cycling.

However it is slow on some people's computer.
The name might be missleading, I'm not jigglypuff.

To animate a water tile using the latest version of the zqest editor (192 i believe), you should have 2 or more tiles, which should be animated (like 4 water tiles.) Then, rightclick on an empty tile in the combo browser at the right edge of the screen (usually it's a red square)

Now, select the first tile of the animation. Then, enter the number of tiles that are included in the animation. If you used 4 water tiles, enter 4. Now, enter the animation speed. For water, something betweem 10-20 should do.

Set the combo to whatever you want, and the walkability to what you want. Press ok and you're all done!

    Hope this helped you out!
