Maybe I can just contact myself and see if I can send me the source code so I don't have to spend all this time programming from scratch.

You can get the full public beta (104) of 1.92 here.
If you are attempting to play a quest that is part of the custom quest contest that Cyclone is doing, then you will most likely need the beta 152 player for 1.92, which you can find here.
