Does anyone know if Dboy has any kind of... options? Or does it just play the rom as it sees fit. Cause I would like to if possible play in a smaller window.

I reiterate - get VisualBoy Advance. You can take snapshots, and resize the screen (I played Advance Wars on it at 2x size, very nice) and a ton more.
If dboy has a cfg, ini, or other such file you could probably find the save snapshots path in it and change it.
it does have one of those files, but it looks really wierd, I'll enail you the file so you an see what I mean
