How do I set up the dungeon templates?

Just draw a dungeon screen on Screen 83...
The doors get a little tricky, though....
after you draw the walls, put the doors together like this....
Top and bottom...3 spaces from the left, draw passages. Then, stack the locked and shutters like this.....(top) Locked Bombable
________________________ Shutter debris
Reverse that for the bottom...
on the sides....
2 spaces from the top, just draw the doors, starting from the edge of the wall....passage, locked, shutter.
Stick the bombable doors right under the passages.

Then, al you need to do to apply the template to a screen is hit F5.
