How come every time I change the dungeon template to have different doors, the old types of doors in other rooms get messed up?
I think this is a bug. You are copying one template screen to another, right?
The name might be missleading, I'm not jigglypuff.

It could well be because of the fact that all rooms on the same map use the same template screen. If 2 levels are on the same map, you can't have them using doors from different positions in combo pages.
