Not only does he NOT check his PMs often, he has his email private on the forums, and I've checked his personal webpage for a email address and found none. So aside from his PMs, which he is NOT checking, there is absolutely no way I can contact him.

yes and for those who don't have it enabled, don't check it often, if at all (no offense Petoe), have their email private, their webpage doesnt' have email address, they don't have any form of IM communication. How the hell are you supposed to contact that person?
