I wonder if there is some hack that can be added to the boards, that will make a window pop-up saying that your PMs are full, or something similar to that. If there was, that would solve the problem with peoples PMs being full.

Since we don't have a hack like that, here's a solution. Go into their profile, and click on the thing that says "Email this member!"
