I've noticed that if I spend more than three hours "questing", especially when tile editing, I get a cramp in my index finger. Anyone got a quick cure for this? :)

Yea, thats a good idea. Frequent wank breaks to stretch out the muscles sound like a good idea to me.
Turn your keyboard upside down so that you are using the opposite hand. (Just remember that your controls are now all going in the other direction.)

This post wasn't concerning TYPING. I get a cramp from the frantic CLICKING that goes along with editing a page worth of tiles and then setting up a map's worth of screens.
