What portion of the game are you at? This is pretty important.

I was looking for Cloak early too cause I landed on Crossbone ilse on my first boat trip (hard to do I'm told, you have to pick a certain bunch of rowers on the boat when monsters attack) and couldn't get through the whole thing cause I needed cloak. But you don't get cloak until after the boat ride across the sea. ( alittle ways after actually) I think someone gives it to you, but I can't remember who specifically or where.

Don't worry, you need cloak to finish the game (at least I think), but I know it's inevitable that you'll get it.
