i tried getting a translation for tactics ogre going once, but nobody took me seriously i guess when i said id provide the material and they pretty much get a lot of credit for it. in fact, im still trying to find someone willing to do it since i have no skills when it comes down to hacking into roms and stuff to alter it. all i really need is someone to help with it. i guess the english-super famicon TO will never see the light.......
