Ok, we think our site for state competition got screwed up! I think that the program they use on the main page of our school site (Frontpage) applied a theme to our site. How can I stop this?
tell me what the background looks like on it. We think it might just be the computers we are looking at it on.....

Well the intro screen has a blue -> white faded border on the left.
The main page:
The frame list of sections on the left has the same blue -> white faded border
The main frame pages also have the blue -> white faded border
