Wheel Of Fortune - Everyone Edition

[Cyclone]

Since the other is limited to three players, this is a continual, simple version for everyone.

Basically, you get a puzzle. Letters RSTLNE are included, as well as three other consonants and another vowel. (Preferably, at least one or two should appear in the puzzle.) If you solve it, you get to provide the next puzzle. If for some inane reason someone doesn't get it, the previous person presents another after at least 24 hours have passed.

If this is popular, I'll create a points system.

TSA: RSTLN and E must be six of the ten letters, with an additional four letters (only one of those being a vowel). And all of a single letter must be shown in each puzzle to which it applies; I noticed a missing T ion the last word, for instance.

Hence, this puzzle is invalid for practical purposes. However...
