Yeah vgmusic has a ton of midis, the only problem being they don't bother paying attention to any of the submissions. I guarentee you about 75% of everything they list up there is nothing but a few beeps and twangs some moron put together and slapped a song title on it. If you listen to enough of them you'll know what im talking about.
Patience grasshoppa, in about a week I'm going to give the ZC community something amazing :) Midi music like you've never heard :)

And I agree. I've noticed that with a lot of the midis on vgmusic.com, if there's more than one of the same song, the rest are the same as the first with a few instrument changes.
People who think they know everything are very irritating to those of us who do.
Though Zelda Classic plays the midi using different instruments from winamp or IE, so you'll want to downlaod a bunch to test'em out.
I get a lot of my midis from vgmusic, and if you listen to the midis there you're bound to find some that sound pretty good.
But... where else can good midis be found??

Just search for (game name) MIDIs and I promise you'll find at least ONE good site. I found my midis that way.
