ok, I won't torture you any longer :) just goto the main/lvl pallete, click on the Cset you want to replace and click the grab button. Now select the picture that has the pallete you want in it and select the Cset.
OK, but what if the bitmap I'm ripping from (even after reducing the # of colors) has a larger pallette?

Either reduce all the way to 16 colors (if you can), or set up a 256-color palette by creating the rows of colors (16 colors to a row, can be imported as one CSet) manually.
