Unclickable U button

Steps to recreate:

1. Quest->Graphics->Palettes->Main
2. Observe "Main Palette" window appears
3. Click "U" button underneath Save button
4. Observe nothing appears to happen.

The Extra Sprite Palettes windows (accessible via Quest->Graphics->Palettes->Sprites) are also affected.
