If I'm not mistaken, isn't it just the Bass melody from the Zelda 1 dungeon theme? Unless you mean the song he writes with mikau, in which case the melody is s00per easy to write from scratch if you know what C button corresponds to what note on a clef.
It's the song that Japas and Mikau write. The midi Pielord linked to has the part from the game, but there's actually a much longer version on the CD "Majora's Mask - Orchestrations" (which is awesome, btw). [link]
