Cancelling Grab in Palette Editor window Darkens background

Steps to recreate:

1. Quest->Graphics->Palettes->Levels
2. Click 'Edit' in Select Level window
3. Click 'Grab' in Palette Editor window
4. Click 'Cancel' in View Image window
5. Observe background behind application-modal Palette Editor window becomes dark

Can no longer recreate on Neo ZC.
