Night / Day Off

I don't have homework or anything else to do tonight. I got home at 9 PM, and I'm excited to get about two or three hours to myself before I have to go to sleep. Tonight, I'm playing Dragon Age Origins. I lost my original character when I had to replace my PS3. Usually when I get home from work or school, I have homework or housework to do. My lawn needs mowed something terrible, but I really can't do it this late.

On my nights or days off when I don't have responsibilities I enjoy the following:

-Video Games
-Dates with my wife - Going to movies - Going shopping - taking short road trips
-Drinking too much at bars
-Running
-Playing my drum set.

What kinds of things does everyone do in their free time?

Write, mostly. When I'm not writing in free time, I'm usually coming up with game ideas or playing video games.

...I'm a boring person.

I like to browse the internet or read books. I don't play games anymore, to be honest. I still like them, but I am too busy with work and personal projects.

I usually pick up a hobby, do the shit out of it, lose most my interest within 6 months, then pick it up here and there. It usually involves fermenting stuff. Recently it has been: Making sourdough, making fruit pies(custard and regular), making yogurt/sour cream, making cheese, brewing kombucha, smart phones, video game console mods, Zelda Classic, c++, Java, and Zscript. I am trying to stick with ZC/Zscript and C++ though. More than I do with other things I mean. If I had a still I'd be making whiskey right now. Oh I forgot about other languages. A few years ago I pirated the hell out of a Rose Stone like a dirty bar wench and then months later realized that I am never going to learn 16 languages. But I did get pretty far with Spanish. I need to pick that up again.

Also going out to eat and drink and just getting outside. I don't do quite enough of either of those though. I love hiking and camping but haven't done either in way too long.

I don't know maybe I have to much free time. Well not when I'm working night shift at a local Walmart.

In my free time I browse the web, mostly forums. and I play Video games. And I work on computers for a side job... But I call it a hobby, I love working on and upgrading computers.
My family calls me the Computer wiz... (I don't see myself as one... But what ever.)

And that's about it... I'm boring :P

Well, I was not able to get into a game today. I had all day today to do whatever I wanted. I could have cleaned the house, mowed the lawn, played video games, or whatever. Instead I started re-watching Battlestar Galactica. My house is a mess, but whatever. I enjoyed every moment of not doing jack all day.
