Both *weapon types for BOMBBLAST and SBOMBBLAST effectively ignore all instructions:
->UseSprite
->HitXOffset
->HitYOffset
->HitZOffset
->HitHeight
->HitWidth
->HitZHeight
->DrawXOffset
->DrawYOffset
....
They may also ignore ->Power/Damage, but probably not.
We need to fix these.
