you mean that heart piece on death island? Easy, wand fire/burn that bush at the very TOP of the screen to burn the bush at the very bottom. ;)
Just to keep you informed of my journeys through the Islands. I found Level 3. 4. 5 and 7 before I could get to Level 2. By now, I have finished Level 2 and look forward for the next Levels.
I just hope it is playable for a while. I'm not a very gifted player.
By the way, it spells Odanaki. The name come from an indian village which is Odanak.
I knew about that piece of heart, but it's ok I don't want to ask nemore. Strange, i Still cant find the white sword. UGH i'lls earch alittle more tonight and then check tomorrow
ill ask tomorrow if i need help. thanks.
DFW,
Great quest.
I'm through the first five levels but I cannot find the hammer. I'd say I've looked everywhere but everywhere in this quest is huge.
A not overly cryptic hint would be appreciated.
Thanks, Gendof
The white sword is on waterfall island. From the lower left dock on desert island, follow the coast northwest to another dock and shove off like you're heading the route to Forest Isle. Turn left at the first branch, go down at the second, head up on the third branch. It'll take you to a small island. Traverse it, go past the link statue and off onto the next dock. Go up at the next raft branch. You'll come to a small land spit at the base of waterfall island, go north to the triforce mark. Play your darn whistle there. Enjoy your white sword. Should have acquired it shortly after getting 5 hearts. How is that being cryptic, eh?
As for the hammer, its in its own little dungeon. Check those mysterious pillars with triforce marks next to them. See if you can figure out what they are for.
There any custom bosses in this quest?
nope, sorry. If I ever make another quest, it will have custom bosses, but not this one.
THAT'S THE ONLY SCREEN I DIDNT BLOW MY WHISTLE ON. ugh!!!!!!!!
Ah, I thought I would try this quest after all the noise it was making.
I was treated with a very nice town, and route to level 1 around the home island. Then, everything opened way up, and the possibilities blew my mind. Finding level 2 was a bear, even with the hint. I read somewhere in the documentation that "it's okay to take potions into the dungeons." Well, level 2 was a breeze compared to what I had to go through to get to it. It didn't seem like there was an easy way to the Forest Island, and to get there it felt like I had to go through tougher areas. The dungeons, by the way, are your standard, fiendishly constructed, labyrinthine fare.
Now, through the first two levels, and I hear that level 3 is on an ice island somewhere. Hmmm, I haven't come close to any ice islands, and it feels like I've wandered the whole overworld over. Yikes.....
:spin:
