you really like your custom bosses, don't you shoelace?
Just cleared out level 3 ( :( man that was tough. I'm quite careless, and the no weapon segment was a nightmare...that being said, well done).
I just LOVE this game. congrats man!
i know i am slow with these games but i cant get the beginning sword or where its at...where the game opens i see a sword in the rock, but no way of getting it...i got into link house..i tried pushing everything to find it, but nothing...unless i am pushing wrong on something...any help here...great graphics...
The sword on the rock is just a painting of sorts, I think. Ignore it. There's no sword in Link's house either. The sword is in the Robins' house, I think. Keep exploring every house on the island. You'll eventually come across a house that has skeleton pirates in it. Keep looking through out that house and you'll find the sword, amongst other things. ;)
ok...since overworld map donst work its hard to know where i have been....it seems to me i dont have many places to go...i must be missing a passageway or something i am not seeing...will keep trying to find it...
I think it's on the right-central part of the island. Stick to the east areas of the island and you'll be sure to find it. Don't forget to approach from both the north shore then head south, and the south shore then head north. There's a height-based divider between the parts of the island there.
LOL...i figured it out...my problem was not going to bed..it was still all dark..i had checked out his site and saw some of the pics of the game...i have a problem with someone telling me to go to bed..:)...found sword...that was a drill to find :)
I finally beat it(around 24 hours or so and 30-40 deaths I think...I wandered too much when I was lost). Great quest. The only thing that I see as a little messed up is that the dialogue was just a tad to juvenile more often than not. Otherwise though, loved the quest.
Thanks sono_ryuu_sochi. I am glad you liked the game. Anyways, so I can get better in my future games, what did you mean by "The dialoge was just a tad to juvenile more often than not"? A few years ago I couldn't read or do anything. But shockingly the internet has improved my writing skills by 100. Still I am not up to my standards. I am a good storyteller and I can make up things, and come up with twists and turns. However, expressing them has been hard. But if you notice, in the end of the game has far better dialogue than the beginning of the game. You can see the improvements through the course of the game in my writing.
Anyways, I am glad you enjoyed it. And if you have any suggestions for my future games, I am welcome to take them into consideration.
IMHO, Shoe, ... Darker moods. ;-p Get yourself the SPC file "Terranigma: Path through the Sun." You'll see what I mean. ;-D
