Seeing as how you can just change the tiles to make the game with different characters, I'd say that the quest I'm working has a darknut as the main character. Well, it's not really a character, just me in armour since I can't draw custom tiles.
BTW, this thread would have been really good in ZC discussion, that's where you post things like help with the game engine, or other things that don't fit into the other catagories.
None of those. Replace link with a giant, throbbing, toothbrush.
I had actually had a plan for a quest where you play Zelda and have to rescue Link, but I am not very good at drawing and editing tiles, so I have never done it.
You wouldn't need to, at the tileshop database:
http://tileshop.armageddongames.com/.../ikonboard.cgi
there are movement tiles for zelda in the sprites section.
Also, it's been done before, one of the CDi games had you playing as Zelda to save Link :D
Sort of along the lines of "Mario is Missing".Quote:

Except that in this case, it wasn't an educational horror, and it was actually the best of the three CDi Zelda games (that's not saying much, is it.)
I vaugely remember hearing that there were a couple of Zelda games on CD-I, but never had a chance to see them. Thanks for the info about the tiles.
Jiggly's got a point.
ZAP!
Nope, that's still in the realms of insult I'm afraid....Quote:
