ZC 2.10 Locks up PC, allegro.log included.

Edit: 1.92b183 works, but will not run in full screen like 2.10 (when it does run) does, so I'd like to run 2.10 still.

I hope some of the brains here can help, because this game looks cool.

Almost every time I go into the first cave, and get the first sword, the game locks the pc. The controls freeze, and the music continues to play the last note. I can't bring up the Windows Task Manager, and a complete power-off is the only way to unlock the PC.

I also get the freeze about 50% of the time when Escaping from the game, and then returning back to the game.

Athlon XP-3000 (No overclock)
2 GB ram
Windows XP Pro with latest updates.

I tried dirrerent compatability modes (and without compatability mode), with the same effect.

I get "Reading Header...error." a few times in the allegro.log file (see below)
