Enemies React to Bomb Blasts Even if Set to Ignore Them

This is something which has happened with my games, and with Mitsukara in Panoply of Calatia.

In mine, it was a bomb blast created by a script and an enemy controlled by one.
In hers, it was a normal bomb or super bomb and an enemy which only had its Extend, Tileheight and Tilewidth changed.

In both cases, the enemies had their defenses set for bombs to either Block or Ignore. However, the enemy still flashed as if it was being harmed.

This happened somewhat inconsistently. The bug would happen every time and not every enemy with a similar setup would react this way.
