I was reading my issue of Game Informer a week ago when I came by a news article for this update to GTA3. Since then, I have heard nothing about it online. Has anyone else heard about this?

Was it in regard to PS2 or PC?
Was it the "April" issue (they can be awfully cruel with their April Fool's Jokes)?
Where have you looked online or have you just searched?
I read it on IGN a few weeks ago, it's just a game to make money in between GTA3 and GTA4. It's like a...midquel...or something like that, kind of like SSX Tricky, I guess, I use too many commas, and, ...'s, don't I?,,...
It's probably a rumor, why would they waste time making this game?
GTA3 is selling so well by itself, I would just work on making GTA4..
