How do I launch the Combo Wizard?

The 'Wizard' button in the Combo Editor (accessible via Quest->Graphics->Combos->Edit) window is disabled. What must I do to enable it?

Whether or not the Wizard button is enabled is controlled by the return value of hasComboWizard in combowizard.cpp

Only certain combo types have wizards, and the combo type is also the only thing that affects whether or not the wizard is enabled.
