In the Edit DMap window, in the Disable tab, there should be the buttons:

* Disable All
* Enable All

This window is launched from Quest->DMaps and clicking 'Edit' and is created by edit_dmap.cpp

The "Disable" TabRef is created by EditDMapDialog::view()

It currently only has two buttons labeled "->" and "<-"
