The 'Wizard' button in the Item Editor (accessible via Screen->Item->Edit) window is disabled. What must I do to enable it?

Whether or not the Wizard button is enabled is controlled by the return value of hasItemWizard in itemwizard.cpp

Right now, shields are the only items that have wizards.
