In the ZQuest Options window (accessible via EtC->Options), in the Settings tab, the ? button to the right of the "Uncompressed Auto Saves" checkbox is permanently greyed out.

If it's greyed out that means help text isn't written for it.

All of the InitD[] in Quest->Enemies->Scripts on both the Action Script and Weapon Script tabs
The InitD[]'s in Quest->Misc Data->Subscreens->Active->Edit->Options->Subscreen Settings->Script also have this problem

All bitmap-> and FileSystem-> paths relative to quest 'Files' folder
Always Deallocate Arrays
