My favorite is rejoining the Paris agreement, which most of the countries in it aren't doing anything.

Fixing the Supreme Court is the most important thing. It's been a disaster waiting to happen all along, and now it's happened. There's a reason the Supreme Court has been Mitch McConnell's top priority for so long; not much else matters if they don't deal with that. After that, voting rights and election reform. At the very least, they need to bring Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act back, applying it to every state, and do something to curb gerrymandering. There's a lot more they ought to do there, but even that much seems like a stretch.

We've got major structural flaws that favor bad actors, and the level of partisanship today makes any bipartisan solution impossible. They're gonna have to just do what needs done despite the opposition, and then fight like hell to hang onto it. Can't say I'm optimistic, but hopefully recent events have shown them that it's now or never.
