Omg, I randomly decided to check out the forums again and noticed this lol. But even then you asked two years ago...
Currently looking to see if I still have it anywhere. Been on a nostalgia bender lately and playing through a lot of old stuff I used to partake in haha

Edit: It's def. gone for sure. Lost to the sands of time.

Although - does anyone else happen to have it? Chances are basically 0% if I don't though.
