TheDarkOne : I tested both ZC and ZQ on Win10, using the default config files. Both allowed me to go fullscreen. IDK if they will for you, but I don't see why they wouldn't. Please let me know if both work. if so, V for Victory.

Please let me know if both work. if so, V for Victory.My system is Windows 8.1 and I had to fiddle around with some graphics settings to get another program I use frequently to display correctly, so it’s probably my settings that are doing it. I’ll give thus one a try abd see what happens.

That happens because it's an unsigned executable. It's going to do that no matter what. Click "More info", then "Run anyway", and that should shut it up.
