Ib the spirit of my earlier poll about the best Joker, I am making one about the best Batman. I'm not including voice actors in this one because a) I don't know all of them and b) that could be a poll of it's own.

None of the above.
Adam West takes the cake.

Came in to say this. How could you exclude one of the most famous/infamous people to wear the cowl?

mrz84 Because I was listing actors from the movies. Chris Miller Yes, Kevin Conroy is the best voice actor but as I said in the first post I wasn't listing them.

Understood. But I still vote for Kevin Conroy. :3

I am aware of the 1966 movie but I was trying to stick with what I know. 1960s Batman was before my time and I'm not familiar with the TV show or Adam West's portrayal of my favorite comic book/movie superhero, so I did not include him in this list for that reason.

As stated before, Kevin Conroy is the best Batman voice, but I am going with live action actors in this poll.

Technically, Lewis Wilson was the original Batman, but casually knocking window washers to their deaths just isn't as funny as running through a crowd with a bomb and punching out exploding sharks.

I've never even heard of Lewis Wilson, as Batman or anything else.

UPDATE: Thanks to a friend's extensive collection of all things Batman, I have watched DVDs of several episodes of the 1960s TV series. While fun to watch, it seems rather campy and silly, not the dark and mysterious tone that Batman is known for. Adam West was not at fault for this, he portrayed the character the way he was supposed to for that shpw. I just don't think that was the way Batman was intended to be. And the 1966 movie followed the same format.
