Major New Site Changes

As some of you may or may not be aware, I've been in negotiations for some time to purchase Armageddon Games. Yesterday, the deal went through. I am now the owner and proprietor of the Armageddon Games Network. There are going to be some changes, some big, some small. It is my hope that we will make the transition as painlessly as possible, and it will be a great profit to everyone.



Zelda Classic will be closed-source and proprietary, and be renamed to AG Game Creator. We're going to sell it for $20 on Steam. Toward that end, I would like to ask for volunteers to make a few generic default tilesets. Needless to say, the Zelda tileset can't be packaged with it. You will of course get a cut from our first batch of sales.



We will offer a paid subscription service. Those who sign up will get features like video hosting, e-mail, and the ability to moderate their own threads.



The main board theme will have more of a camouflage palette.



Effective immediately, all members who do not vote Republican will be banned. No exceptions.

In other news, I got an email this morning from someone claiming to be Zelda64Gold who made it known they had intentions of hacking AGN. They thought I was the owner and if I didn't turn over ownership, they'd take the site down. I laughed so hard I stopped breathing for a few seconds. Or should I have taken them seriously?
