I'm sure most of you have been paying attention to the news lately.

Recently it has been brought to light that David Bowie had died at the age of 69. Just this morning, I found out that Alan Rickman (Harry Potter, Die Hard, Robin Hood Prince of Thieves) has also died at the age of 69. Both had cancer. Brian Bedford (the voice of Disney"s Robin Hood) has also died, at 80. We're barely half way through the first month of 2016, and we've already lost some incredible people. I'd just like to just take a moment to say that they will be missed (as well as to any other deaths - celebrity or otherwise - that I don't know of) :(

I just wandered by this site randomly tonight to see how things were going. I didn't really intend to post anything. Read a few posts, then I clicked on my own profile to see what I'd left my avatar and other info set to. When I scrolled to the bottom I saw this:

As I read the names I started to feel nostalgic. Then I got to Glenn's. Since this thread was about remembrance, it seemed like the appropriate place to say something. So here's to all those who are gone that made an impact on our lives, recent or not. You will be missed.
