Question about Heart Containers

Hello everyone,
I was just wondering if there were a simple way I can get Heart Containers to refill the life of the player when they collect it, besides adding one heart to their life meter.
How may I manage to do it?

Suggestion: instead of a Heart Container, try a Fairy
