An internal variable, bool Uncapped, to determine of the player is pressing the uncap key. Read-only should suffice for that, although writing to that could be useful too, to set uncapping within a game.
This would be handy to adjust awards, and such when a player is uncapping. and to adjust in-game clocks/cycles, and prevent regen item abuse; all on a user-defined level..
