Error when trying to load my custom quest

Exploring the quest editor and I want to check to see if things have been done properly. When I try to load them I find them right where they should be, but I get an error message: "new quest version; please restart the game"

I have looked around all morning to see if this was already addressed and while I am sure it has I cannot find it.

This is being caused by the Quest Version in the Header. Or more specifically the minimum version being higher then your save games version.
