Seriously...its like SE likes to troll NA with Dragon Quest now. The last game that was released was what? Dragon Quest 9? 10 didn't even get released outside of Japan other than Europe I think.

And then they pull this: http://www.siliconera.com/2015/01/07/dragon-quest-creator-says-several-games-development-30th-anniversary/ and http://www.siliconera.com/2015/01/09/square-enix-reprinting-line-dragon-quest-3ds-remakes/

As much as I love these announcements, how many of those games are they actually gonna localize outside the US this time? The last Dragon Quest anniversarry didn't get much notice outside of Japan (the DQ Anniversarry collection on Wii getting no official release)

I love me some Dragon Quest, but its like SE doesn't care for selling games for it outside the US unless its some crappy mobile port.

Anyway, I am done venting. Have fun...or something.

DQ 9 was the last one, which wasn't all that long ago. However, I understand what you're getting at; we are often forced to watch some of the gems we never enjoy from across the ocean.

Give me DQ 10. Couldn't care less about DQ Heroes or Theatrhythm DQ.

I'm sure SE will issue a Cease & Desist order on this thread like they do with everything else that's fan-made.

I believe the decision was less SE based and had something to do with the fact that had DQ10 MMORPG been introduced to North America in English that would've wrapped up sales for the next five years for Wii U.
I don't see any reason why I would be interested in titles like Monster Hunter 3, Wind Waker, CoD: Ghosts, or even Mario Kart 8, which all seem more rehashed and less replay value, with a time-consuming game like that.
