Glitched Screen?

Hey guys, when I'm not playing the game in hyperspeed, it's all glitchy, the screen flashes and it has a second squished black and white picture on the side of the screen...any ideas? Thanks, ~Impa

If you have certain cheats enabled and use the WASD keys instead of the arrow keys, then the flashing might be the walkability toggling. (the hotkey is w) I don't know about the black and white picture though.
