Dungeon Bosses not showing up

I'm having a problem with some of my bosses not showing up when you get to their room in a dungeon. On the first 2 levels I made, they show up just fine. I kill them, get the heart container, and go to the triforce room. Starting with level 3, when I enter the boss' room, it's like he has already been defeated. I enter the room and the heart container shows up, but I haven't actually killed him. He just doesn't show up. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

If the DMAP level is not unique for that level make sure the boss flag is unchecked or set the correct level variable.

I didn't have the levels different on the DMAP pages. The first level said level 1, then level 2,3,4,and 5 all said level 0. That's what it was. Thank you very much!
