Hosted on Dropbox temporarily because the Shardstorm script isn't working. I'll edit this post when the files are relocated.

Windows (https://www.dropbox.com/s/skr2gbughijk88h/zc-2-50-rc2-win.zip)
Mac (https://www.dropbox.com/s/a1ruw61nzq8jmfh/zc-2-50-rc2-mac.tgz)
Linux (https://www.dropbox.com/s/iwnaj7d93kjx9wp/zc-2-50-rc2-linux.tar.gz)

Changes are listed on Shardstorm. There are a few big changes besides bug fixes:
- On Windows and Linux, reset and quit were moved from F7/F8 to F9/F10. This wasn't done on Mac because the OS uses those keys and I couldn't override it.
- F6 is disabled in quests that use the "Skip Continue Screen" rule. You can still end the game through the menu.
- On Windows and Linux, you can run multiple ZC instances with the -multiple command line argument. You can enable this in the launcher by adding multiple_instances=1 in the [ZCL] section of ag.cfg.

Also notable: the issue with clicking at the end of sound effects should be fixed, but any affected sounds will need to be re-imported.

Good job on the bug fixes fixing the issues with the Lynol getting stuck, and the peahat too! Looking forward to the next build.

luckillla, you're best off posting bug reports over here (http://armageddongames.net/forumdisplay.php?125-ZC-Bugs) in the "New Bugs" section (Mods will sort it in to the appropriate category for you later).

When is the next version coming out? I can't wait to see the remaining bugs being fixed and I hope for a bugfree version :)
The only way to even GET a bugfree version however is to test it a lot, which we can't do if there is no new version.

I agree Avataro. They seems to be close, but also looks like they are working out a few issues too. I suggest keep checking when you can for a new build everyday like I do :)

The next RC will come out when Saffith is certain he's squashed all the current bugs. I am guessing it isn't here yet because that hasn't been done yet. ;)

There's really not any major bugs left, just a few annoyances perhaps. ZC 2.50.2 is the most stable version in a long many years for sure. I'm still not sure what's with the RC; you can just assume there's not going to be any hotfix releases on a regular basis, so there's no need to check every single day for one. Hopefully the source code gets released before another version does...

Not sure if people who aren't familiar with the code of ZC will be able to understand it though, as you guys oftentimes stated that it is very messy, because of allegro.

Also, sorry then for being so impatient :). Yes, RC2 is indeed the most stable version in many years, even though it isn't entirely perfect yet. Also, I especially like how the F7 and F8 buttons were moved to F9 and F10.

Also, I especially like how the F7 and F8 buttons were moved to F9 and F10. I really wish there was a toggle for that. I'm so used to F6 and F7 that I haven't once remembered there was a switch before I hit the wrong key. Not even once. That's awesome too, in a way.
