How do you Delete items on the screen? Help?

I'm a noob to ZC so this may sound stupid but, how do you delete items on the screen without deleting the entire map screen.

For example: I mistakenly added a heart piece to the map. I tried deleting it using the Delete hotkey and all it does is delete the entire screen. :blue:

It's not a Huge deal but is quite annoying, if anyone could help i'd appreciate it.

Go to the Screen menu and change the item that is on screen to "None". Alternatively, I believe if you try to relocate the item with the Rupee Square (on the bottom toolbox) it will open up the item selection menu and allow you to pick a new item (not as sure on that one).
